The work was completed which left me very happy. My garage door has been in the house since 2002. Had I ignored this situation our house could have gone up in flames. So happy with the work.     I had William from Wilco come out to quote and measure for spring replacement on my overhead door, which had a spring that broke and then it dropped about 18″ with a boom. He determined the springs needed and went to get them from his supplier. After he installed the springs, we found that the trolley for the worm drive had stripped when the spring broke. So he checked his supplier, found he could get one and within an hour, was back installing the part. The door is now working perfectly. William is a professional and friendly guy who tells you what he’s going to do and explains everything so that you know what’s going on. No add-ons – only fixed what needed fixing and was spot on with his quote, which was very fair. This is my new garage door guy. Could not recommend him higher!
